None of our parking lots around my office (or the ones just up over the hill) have assigned parking. So yes, we can park anywhere we like.

I’ve seen similar parking jobs in my neck of the woods, but it’s usually a jeep up on a snowbank. For some reason they can’t resist the challenge.
